Keep it simple, stupid
It's really easy to think that you need to spend way too long making your own Paleo condiments, like salad dressing.
BUT that's a bad idea because why take a ton of time when you can take not a ton of time? ;)
It's the K.I.S.S. principle best-displayed: Keep It Simple, Stupid.
Fat + flavor = salad dressing.
That's it.
Obviously, use high-quality fat and not something crappy like canola oil. But you get the idea.
So... this recipe is my go-to dressing hack. A couple ingredients in like 2 minutes and you've got a delicious, clean dressing that's easy to transport in a mini piece of Tupperware.
It's so simple I just pour it into my mini Tupperware container each morning as I'm throwing together my perfect salad... and if I haven't had my coffee yet, you know it's easy!
