Coconut Bunches of N'Oats

Directions
Ingredients
- Mix all ingredients (except milk) in a bowl until evenly distributed.
- Pour milk on top and enjoy like you're a kid again! (or, at least like you're not AIP for a bit. :P)
1 cup large coconut flakes
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp vanilla powder (if tolerated, omit if not yet reintroduced)
1/2 - 1 cup AIP milk of choice, such as full-fat coconut milk (if you're not AIP, I highly recommend almond milk)
1/3 cup TigerNuts (for AIP)
OR
1/4 cup walnut pieces (for Keto)
Optional:
Mix in a scoop of Vanilla Collagen Peptides for extra flavor & protein
1 tsp coconut sugar for a bit of extra sweetness!
