"Mary" apparently doesn't have a plural.  Knowing the English language as decently as I do, it would probably be something like "Maries."  But that would be dumb because Marie is also a name.  It's my middle name.  Did I just offend myself?

Anyway, these were a popular request on my Instagram after I tease-talked about them last week with my post about Vital Proteins' AIP Collagen Veggie Blend.  These are a spin-off recipe I came up with after trying some wizardry similar to it at the Vital Proteins booth at Paleo f(x) 2017, but I'd say they're pretty dang good!  Not to toot my own horn, or anything.  ;)

Give these babies a try with or without alcohol.  I don't tell you what to do.  But be warned... they're delicious either way!

Bloody Marys

Total time: 5 minutes

Yield: 4 small/2 large

Ingredients

  1. Using a Nutribullet or other blender of choice, combine all ingredients until the Collagen blend is a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into glasses over any alcohol/ice desired.  Deck them out with some skewers of fruits or celery to make them extra-poppin'!

2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Veggie Blend

1 cup Trader Joe's Cold Pressed Red Juice (or something similar) 

2 cups Trader Joe's Garden Patch Juice (or other tomato-based juice)
